What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, debit, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Wee Book Inn store credit/gift cards.

What is your return policy?

We only provide cash refunds, or direct exchanges, for AV material (DVDs, BluRays, CDs) that is returned due to malfunction, with a receipt. Such returns must be presented in a timely fashion, within seven days of purchase for all materials except “boxed sets” with multiple discs, which can be returned within fourteen days.

Vinyl records and sale-tagged items are final sale. Please check the condition of the vinyl record before purchase as we can not guarantee satisfactory playback.

All other returns are limited to a cash or store credit amount equivalent to what we would offer a client selling items to us through our usual procedures.

Do you have a price matching policy?

While we do strive to be competitive within the local Edmonton market, we do not offer a price matching policy for any item. We are, however, generally open to offers and negotiations conducted with proper etiquette and in good faith.
